Welcome to 904 Dumpsters! By renting a dumpster from us, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read this page carefully before placing an order.

1. Dumpster Use & Prohibited Items

All dumpster rentals are subject to the following use policies:

Weight Limits: Each dumpster has a maximum weight limit. If exceeded, a fee of $75 per extra ton will be automatically charged.
Unauthorized Items: Customers will incur additional charges for placing prohibited items in the dumpster. These include (but are not limited to):
- Paint
- Batteries
- Oil products
- Tires
- Stumps
- Hazardous or flammable materials
- Liquids of any kind

Important: You must contact us for approval before disposing of:

Concrete
Soil
Bricks
Rocks
Masonry

2. Hazardous Materials

Do not place hazardous waste or wet waste in the container. Prohibited hazardous items include:

Fluorescent lights
PCB ballasts
Gasoline barrels
Oil filters
Ammunition
Acids
Asbestos
Explosives
Insecticides
Medical waste
Paints & solvents

Violations may result in significant extra charges and possible legal consequences.

3. Weight, Tonnage & Capacity

Charges for exceeding weight limits are $75 per additional ton.
Landfill tickets are available upon request.
Restricted materials found in the load will be charged accordingly.

4. Contamination Fees

If a load is rejected due to contamination (e.g., containing restricted materials), the customer is liable for contamination fees.

5. Overfilling and Offloading

Dumpster contents must remain below the top rim of the container.
If debris exceeds height limits or road safety standards, a $100 offload fee may apply.

6. Cancellations

Cancellations are subject to the following fees:

Before delivery day: $60 fee
On scheduled delivery day: $120 fee
Cancellations must occur during regular office hours.

7. Delivery & Removal

Dumpster placement is at the contractor’s discretion based on safety and accessibility.
If access is blocked or unsafe, a $100 failed delivery fee will be charged.
Dumpster pick-up typically occurs within four days after the rental period ends.

8. Driveway and Property Damage

We are not liable for any damage to:

Pavement
Driveways
Lawns
Sub-surfaces
Customers are responsible for providing clear and safe access to the delivery site.

9. Relocation & Street Permits

Relocation Fee: $100 if the dumpster needs to be moved after placement.
Street Placement: Customers must obtain a permit from the city if placing the dumpster on a public street.

10. Payments & Billing

Payment is due in full at the time of delivery.
A $35 fee applies to all returned checks.
Your card may be charged for additional weight, fees, or violations.
Overdue accounts incur 1.5% interest per month (18% APR).
Customers may be responsible for legal and collection fees.

11. Saved Payment Information & Post-Service Charges

As part of our service, saving a valid credit/debit card is mandatory. This ensures that we can process additional charges that may arise after your rental period ends, including but not limited to:

Overweight dumpsters
Prohibited items discovered during inspection
Extra tonnage beyond the included weight
Cleaning or handling of hazardous materials

These additional charges are determined based on our pricing and inspection findings and may be billed up to 7 days after pickup.

By proceeding with your order, you:

Acknowledge and accept our weight limit, prohibited item list, and per-ton rate, outlined in our service terms.

Authorize us to securely store your payment method via Stripe.

Consent to off-session charges for post-service adjustments.
